Just finished a run! 5 minute walking, 20 minutes running, then 5 minute walking. I’m doing 2 minute 30 second warm up on bike, 10 minutes pedaling and 2 minutes 30 second cool down. Then maybe elliptical and abs?:) great start after three rest day!
